I particularly liked her tour in the Scottish Isles. Pay for a dolphin swim and it includes admission for the day to the water park. We booked with them for zipling in PV last year and had great service. I know many people who use them in Cabo with great results as well. This summer we had a port cancelled and I was refunded by Sandra without even requesting.

I've never done the dolphins because it's usually very crowded. Several years ago on another cruise, some ppl who swam with the dolphins swore by it. We hAVE DONE THE DOLPHIN SWIM AT SEA LIFE PARK IN PV. You can do it all on your own, just grab a cab off the ship and it is 20 minutes away.

When we inquired about our refund we initially were told it would be a couple of weeks and then she changed the terms of service on her website to say it was not refundable. She has submitted falsified documents to our credit card company after we tried to file a chargeback. I won't tell you what to do with your money but this is a person to not be trusted.

She is now stating the tour was always non refundable. This was no where on her web old site on terms and condition or tour description. She then started a new web site and completely changed the tour description to state non refundable. I booked march 3, 23 and have screen shots of her tour description dated march 30th, 23.

Sandra’s tour are always very interesting, organized, priced right and the guides speak fluent English. It goes against our guidelines to offer incentives for reviews. We have used Sandras Cruise Tours for Europe on the Pride in 2022, 7 tours. Sandras tours are well organized, many include much more than what you get elsewhere, yet at a fraction of the price. Based on talk on the ship, often we had much better experiences than those who toured with others.
Meanwhile the owner is cruising nonstop and enjoying her casino time.DO NOT USE unless you enjoy paying for a stranger’s vacation. I wish I could rate this company zero stars. This company is dishonest and keeps your money even when she sells the tour as 100% refundable. She changed her website to non-refundable after our ship failed to port due to weather. She offered 50% refund if we agreed to not file a charge back on our credit card. We have everything in writing and screenshots of her terms and conditions and she is still fighting to keep everyone's money.

She is telling everyone to file a claim with their travel insurance so she can keep our money. The tours we did get to go on thru her company were very disappointing. Unorganized, not what was advertised, and a waste of money.
